golly, i just feel so oppressed living in this fancy new building, with free shuttles to the grocery store and metro, and a washer/dryer INSIDE the apartment, but i'm so afraid to "rock the boat" while i live here temporarily and there is nothing to punish me with.

i understand a certain amount of frustration if things aren't working in one's apartment, but there are better ways to go about this.
the only thing being overpaid for are these photocopies.
