day forty-one.

tonight may just be the first time i cooked something to eat for lunch the next day.
i've made sandwiches the night before, but never a tupperware-ready, throw-it-in-your-insulated-floral-lunch-bag-so-you-can-make-the-most-of-your-30-minutes-between-class-and-work-without-spending-money-or-eating-food-from-an-airtight-snack-package sort of meal.
nothing fancy, just tofu and steamed vegetables. BUT i made two servings, so thursday is set too.

fiona apple is my soundtrack to domestic endeavors.

(also, work is cute sometimes)

  1. The other day I had a leftover black bean mushroom burger and cucumbers and carrots with dressing for lunch. I felt so fancy even though it really wasn't.

I would really love to solve the mystery of the musical umbrella! I am so intrigued!

  2. it's amazing how anything outside of a normal sandwich makes us feel so special!

and i hope you're on the case; it is a doozy and musical umbrella mysteries don't solve themselves.
